MCSO deputy demonstrates drone

Deputy Rich Manns from the Miami County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) presented information on their drone program to the Tipp City Seniors. It was a very interesting program on how they use drones. There was also a fascinating demonstration. It was very educational.
