City Releases more information about potential land sale

The City of Tipp City released more information regarding their proposed land sale for a potential future grocery store development via a press release on Friday afternoon. From the City of Tipp City:

“TIPP CITY, OHIO — The City of Tipp City is pleased to announce a significant step forward in its efforts to bring new commercial development and expanded grocery options to the community. At its upcoming meeting, Tipp City Council will consider legislation authorizing the City to enter into a real estate purchase option agreement with Meijer Stores Limited Partnership (Meijer). for approximately 17 acres of City-owned property near the intersection of County Road 25A and State Route 571…”
