Otterbein presents program on Civil War fashion
Otterbein provided lunch and a program for the Tipp City Senior Citizens. Hanna Wiest presented a program on women's Civil War fashion. It was a very enlightening program, and almost everyone agreed that they were glad those fashions were in the past. Also, lunch was great.
