Monroe Township employee recognized for his service

The Trustees of Monroe Township recently recognized township employee Chad Grillmeier for going above and beyond in service to the community.

The recognition follows a letter the Trustees received from a resident describing Chad’s assistance during a recent snowstorm. While driving through the township, Chad noticed a couple struggling to free their vehicle, which had become stuck in their snow-covered driveway. He stopped, grabbed a shovel, and worked alongside them until their vehicle was safely freed and able to move again.

Acts like this reflect the dedication and character of Monroe Township’s employees. The Trustees extend their sincere appreciation to Chad for his willingness to help others, as well as to all township employees for their continued hard work and commitment to serving the community.
