Milton-Union MVCTC FFA Attends Leadership Conference

Five Milton-Union MVCTC FFA members attended the Mission/Impact Leadership Conference in January. During the Mission Conference, students explore the importance of connection by examining their role in helping others feel included. They learned why intentional connection matters, identified who they should connect with, developed tools for healthy relationships, recognized and navigated unhealthy connections, and understood the link between trust and influence.

Students concluded the conference motivated to create positive change. During the Impact Conference, students reflect on their self-concept and use identity-based goal setting to define who they want to become. They applied the habit loop to turn goals into action, prioritize their time based on identity goals, and assess life balance using the wheel of life to support intentional personal growth.
