City shares conceptual renderings for Plaza, Long Property

Tipp City shares official conceptual renderings for Tipp Plaza redevelopment and 60-acre site development

The City of Tipp City is pleased to share conceptual renderings for two exciting projects that will shape the future of our community: the redevelopment of Tipp Plaza and the development of the recently acquired 60-acre parcel.

These renderings are conceptual in nature and are intended to provide residents with a vision of the possibilities for these sites. While final designs and plans will continue to evolve, the City is eager to share these early concepts as we take important steps toward reinvestment and growth.

“These projects represent a tremendous opportunity for Tipp City,” said City Manager Eric Mack. “We are excited about the potential they bring to enhance our community, support local businesses, and provide new amenities for residents.”

The City will continue to provide updates as planning progresses. In the coming weeks, additional information will be shared regarding a public open house, where residents will have the opportunity to ask questions, review project details, and provide input.

This progress would not be possible without the leadership and commitment of Tipp City Council. Their vision and support have made it possible for the City to pursue these transformative projects.

As Tipp City moves forward with these developments in partnership with Woodard Development, the community is encouraged to stay engaged and look out for future updates.
