Ribbon cutting celebrates Aecha Cafe grand opening
The Tipp City Chamber of Commerce proudly celebrated the grand opening of Aecha Cafe with an official ribbon cutting ceremony on June 18, 2025. Located in the heart of downtown Tipp City, Aecha Cafe is a family-owned boba tea and café concept that brings a fresh and welcoming atmosphere to the local community.
Owned and co-founded by Siriporn “Aoy” Atkins and her sister Warrassata Rodriguez, Aecha Cafe is the culmination of a lifelong dream. Originally from Bangkok, Thailand, Aoy brings with her a deep-rooted passion for business, family, and community.
Having lived in Tipp City for over 13 years and working as a Component Repair Analyst at PSA Airlines, she has combined her entrepreneurial spirit with her global perspective and love of culture to create a truly unique gathering place.
Aecha Cafe is more than just a café—it's a labor of love and family. The name itself carries deep meaning: Aecha combines the initials of the sisters—Aoy, Eve, and Aeh—with the Thai word Cha, meaning tea. In Korean, Aecha translates to “loving daughter,” a heartfelt tribute to their parents, who inspired their journey.
The Tipp City Chamber of Commerce welcomes Aecha Cafe as a vibrant addition to the city’s growing business community and looks forward to seeing the café thrive as a hub for connection and culture.
Aecha Cafe is now open to the public and invites everyone to stop by for handcrafted boba teas, delicious drinks, and a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere.
