Tipp City Senior Citizens award scholarships
The Tipp City Senior Citizens are pleased to announce they have awarded two $1,000 scholarships. One to Ben Wintrow, a graduate of Tippecanoe High School, and the second to Tiffany Moore, a graduate of Bethel High School.
