Miami County Foundation Awards $286,835 in Grants

Community gathers in gratitude to celebrate local impact

Miami County, Ohio – The Miami County Foundation hosted its Fall Grant Celebration in November at Heritage Hall at Lost Creek Reserve, part of the Miami County Park District. Though the morning brought steady rain, the atmosphere inside was bright with appreciation as community members, partners, and grant recipients gathered to celebrate the meaningful work happening throughout the county. In total, the Foundation awarded $286,835 in grant funding to organizations dedicated to serving and strengthening Miami County.

Reflecting the Foundation’s mission “to inspire and support ‘people helping people’ throughout all of Miami County with trust, care, and connection,” the awards recognized the positive impact created when people come together in service of their neighbors. Grant recipients included many local non-profit organizations, schools, and municipalities, each demonstrating a commitment to building a more caring and connected Miami County.

The Miami County Foundation extends heartfelt thanks to all who joined the celebration and to the donors and partners whose generosity makes this ongoing work possible. Their commitment ensures that—even on the rainiest morning—the future of Miami County shines brightly.
