Tipp City Senior Citizens award scholarships
The Tipp City Senior Citizen scholarship committee has been very busy. Jane Malafa and Kay Berk presented a scholarship to Tipp City graduate Connor DeMange. Gwen Brown and Pam Golden presented a scholarship to Bethel graduate Eli Lammers.
