Annually, the Tipp City Area Arts Council (TCAAC) offers a scholarship to a local graduating senior who is furthering his/her education in an art related field. This year, Stan Evans and Bryan Blake from the Ellen Cotterman Fund awarded our $1000 dollar scholarship to Marissa Hoeferlin. Marissa, a Bethel High School senior, will be attending Wright State University majoring in Studio Art.
TCAAC and the Ellen Cotterman family offer our congratulations and best wishes to this very talented young lady.
