TCAAC announces Ellen Cotterman Scholarship winner

Annually, the Tipp City Area Arts Council (TCAAC) offers a scholarship to a local graduating senior who is furthering his/her education in an art related field. This year, Stan Evans and Bryan Blake from the Ellen Cotterman Fund awarded our $1000 dollar scholarship to Marissa Hoeferlin. Marissa, a Bethel High School senior, will be attending Wright State University majoring in Studio Art.
