“Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome. On behalf of the City of Tipp City, I want to thank you for joining us as we celebrate the groundbreaking of this new Chipotle Mexican Grill location.

Today’s event represents more than just a new restaurant—it reflects the continued momentum, investment, and excitement happening here in Tipp City.

We are proud to see this area of our community growing through redevelopment and new opportunities that will benefit our residents and visitors alike.

We appreciate our partners at Woodard Development for their vision and commitment to this project, and we look forward to the additional improvements still to come at this site.
