Huffman Celebrates National Track Champion

State Senator Steve Huffman (R-Tipp City) recognized Jordan Gross for his accomplishments at the 2025 Adidas Indoor Track Nationals.
"I am honored to recognize Jordan in front of the Ohio Senate," said Senator Huffman. "Jordan's accomplishments represent his outstanding ability and drive to succeed. The 5th Senate District is incredibly proud of his achievements and extend best wishes to him for the years to come."
Jordan claimed the championship in the 60-meter dash with a time of 6.77 seconds and finished in third place in the 200-meter dash. Jordan is a multi-sport athlete at Vandalia-Butler and is a key part of both the track team and the men’s soccer team. Jordan has also been named the Miami Valley League Athlete of the Year and the March 2025 Penn Station Athlete of the Month.
