TMCS recently offered a class on how to sell your home. The class was taught by Lisa Lawson, ABR, CNS, SRS of Coldwell Banker Heritage Realtors. Lisa was licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 2001. She has won several awards for sales including the International Diamond Society Award, International Sterling Society Award, and the OAR (Ohio Association of Realtors) Award. She loves working with home buyers and sellers but also has experience working with investors doing flips, and purchasing multi-family properties.

The class included tips on how to pick an agent, preparing a home to sell (including staging, pricing, and negotiating), what to expect during the sale process, and how the market has changed in the last few years.
