Allison Mendenhall, PA-C, has joined Troy Primary Care as a physician assistant in practice with Irina Gendler, M.D.; Roger Goodenough, M.D.; Richard Michael, M.D.; and Leanna Withrow, D.O.  Larry LeFevre, M.D., will retire from the practice in December. 
Mendenhall, an Ohio native, holds a bachelor’s degree from Defiance College and completed a master of medical science in physician assistant degree at Nova Southeastern University, Fort Myers, Fla.  She practiced in Florida before coming to UVMC/Upper Valley Professional Corp.
