State Route 571 and Tipp-Elizabeth Road east of Tipp City were open to traffic late last week after being closed due to high water from recent heavy rains.
City Manager Jon Crusey told City Council in his weekly update memo that city crews worked with those from the Ohio Department of Transportation on restoring the berms so the roads could be re-opened as soon as possible.
