Sara Lynn Drexler, 37 of Tipp City, passed away on December 12, 2017. She passed peacefully with her family by her side after a courageous battle with brain cancer.

Sara was a loving family member, dedicated friend, and supportive teacher. Sara lived her life knowing that each day was a gift and she shared that gift with everyone. Sara had a tremendous passion for teaching, coaching, and advising the students of Tipp City schools. An avid sports fan, she especially enjoyed cheering on the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals; and the Dayton Flyers. Some of Sara's favorite pastimes were traveling with friends and family; attending boy band concerts with her sisters; and spending time at her parents' lake house. As an alumni of The University of Dayton, Sara made sure she shared her love of the Flyers with her nieces and nephews as much as she could.

Sara was born on October 11, 1980 in Lima, Ohio to her parents Dan and Mary (Neumeier) Drexler.

She is survived by her parents; her three sisters, Jenny (Nathan) Swigart, Lisa (Mark) Davenport, and Angie (Randall) Relick; her four nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly, Jake, Oliver, Gwen and Goddaughter Evelyn; and her grandmother, Alice "G" Drexler of Wapakoneta, along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Sara was preceded in death by grandparents, Elmer and Mary Louise Neumeier and Andy Drexler, all of Wapakoneta, OH.
