Bail of $100,000 was set Monday, March 6, for a Tipp City man indicted on a felony aggravated robbery charge in a November robbery at a Tipp City residence.

Benjamin Danon, 28, was indicted along with three others in the incident. He pleaded not guilty during arraignment Monday before Judge Jeannine Pratt in Miami County Common Pleas Court.

Paul Watkins, assistant county prosecutor, asked for a high bond, citing the nature of the offense and a past incident when he said Danon fled the country.

Pratt said if Danon would post bail, he would be prohibited from leaving the state, be required to surrender his passport and would be ordered to have no contact with co-defendants or the victims of the robbery.
