A Tipp City woman indicted on one felony count of aggravated robbery was released on a recognizance bond approved Feb. 10 in Miami County Common Pleas Court.

Madelyn Johnson, 18, was one of four people indicted in a November robbery at a residence in Tipp City. She pleaded not guilty during arraignment Feb. 6 before Judge Christopher Gee. The judge initially set bail at $75,000 cash or surety, and requested a bond check.

Gee filed a decision Feb. 10 releasing Johnson on her own recognizance on the condition she follow requirements outlined by the court and the pretrial services office.
