A Tipp City man facing several theft-related charges pleaded guilty as part of a plea deal in Miami County Common Pleas Court.
Justin Johnson, 26, made the pleas Jan. 9.
As part of the plea deal, prosecutors agreed to remain silent during sentencing and to not pursue imposition of previously suspended prison time.
Johnson pleaded to one count of theft, six counts of forgery and two counts of receiving stolen property. Judge Jeannine Pratt ordered a presentence investigation. Sentencing was scheduled for March 6.
